Bio

Giuseppe Siniscalchi was born on the 20th of October 1960 in Gravina in Puglia (Bari) and currently lives and works in Milan.

Married and father of a baby of few months, he harmonizes the love for his family with two other great passions: painting and jurisprudence. His status as an attorney is well recognized, while the cultivation of painting remained hidden and private until today.

Siniscalchi graduated from the "Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore" discussing a thesis on "Proprerty rights in leasings" under the supervision of Professor Piero Schlesinger, in whose office in Milan he has also had his traineeship and first working experiences for over five years. Next, Siniscalchi worked with the "Studio legale Maris" in Milan, a partnership still alive today. He practices as attorney since 1989 amd can represent clients in the Court of Cassation since 2001. His activities include also several papers in the field of law research.
